Do you or someone you know work in the medical field. This can be medical billing, dentistry, general practioner, surgery and so much more. Send them into Watervue the week of 10/10-10/16. Watervue staff is preparing a special Thank You, for new applicants and current residents. You can save on the deposit and administration fees, Current Residents can stop by the office for a special treat. We just wanted to take a minute to stop and truly appreciate those that make a difference in other people lives. 2nd Annual Garage/Yard Sale

Saturday October 15th, Watervue will be hosting a community wide Garage Sale!! This is a 27 acre sale! Lots of great deals! Residents have the option to sell from their garages or set up individual stations all around the community to clean out those storages so they can find their holiday decorations and make room for Black Friday specials! This is open to the public. Saturday October 15th from 9 am to 12pm, the gates to the community will be open for those who want to participate. Last time we did this we had over 500 people show up!! That Dreadful Time of Year

So that dreadful time of year for kids is here. August, which mean’s back to school. Since Watervue know’s how dissapointing this is for many kids, we decided to sweeten the deal.. literally. When the kids got home from school on Monday the 22nd. The office staff had a surprise. We had an ice cream sundae buffet. So they got to tell us all about how much they love and hate the first day of school while getting all sugared up! This was such a huge hit. Plus the kids got to meet some of the other kids on property

1st Annual Kids Field Day

On August 20th, Watervue will be hosting their first annual Kids Field Day. This is one last hurrah before school goes back in session. So on the 20th we will have relays, Water Obstacle Course, ice cream eating contests. This is going to be so much fun. Check back for picture updates!

2011 Has been such a blessed Year at Watervue

2011 is just barely half way over and we have already accomplished so many things. 2011 started off very wicked for those of you that remember the ice storms, then the hail storms and the Tornado that swirled over Watervue back in May and now temperatures reaching up to 110. Through all the crazy weather Watervue has hosted 5 Friday Night Grill Out’s (dinner with the owners), a 500 person Garage Sale. We Hosted an Awesome Vue Fest with THREE headlining bands. A 4th of July Bash with “For Every Day” Rock playing on the water with a fireworks show over the property. Our residents rock out every other Saturday with DJ Chill by the pool, and sweat it out at our complimentary Boot Camps twice a week and Power Abs every Saturday. Can you believe we have even more planned? Check back for more activities, events.. and just plain old fun that your missing out on if you don’t hurry up join the Watervue Family!!

Watervue’s “VueFest 2011″ a huge success!

The VueFest 2011 event on Saturday, April 23RD at Watervue was a phenomenal day! Over 1,000 residents and guests enjoyed a beautiful Saturday. Activities for the day included three different bands (Nick DiGenarro, Clava Con Alma and For Every Day), fantastic burgers by Jakes, smoked meat samples from Curtis, great music from Watervue resident, DJ Chill and Kendall Kane, an amazing illusionist.

The weather was almost ideal (lots of wind and lightening very late in the evening) and the crowd around the pool was huge all day. The margarita machines proved very popular and the Watervue staff did a great job of making sure that residents and guests had everything that they needed. Even the Easter Bunny enjoyed his time at Watervue and the children absolutely loved the two bounce houses. There truly was something for everyone!

Again, thanks to everyone that made this event such a fun success!

Watervue Teamed up with Jakes Burgers!!

Watervue has teamed up with Award winning Jakes Burgers for our HUGE Concert by the Pond on April 23rd. They will be out here selling their unbelievable burger and fries. We are so excited to host them at Watervue and know that you will fall in love with Jakes Burger’s like we have!

Festivities start at 2pm Sat April 23rd!!
