Integrated Pest Control
Watervue is the first multifamily property in the country to include an Taexx integrated pest control system in every home. Very, very cool. What does this mean to you/ it means that no one will come into your apartment to spray chemicals all over your cabinets, flooring and belongings. the Taexx system used tiny tubes that were installed in every exterior wall, party wall and “wet” wall during construction. Four times a year, the Home Team Pest Control staff visits the property and charges the tube system with a high pressure nitrogen and pesticide mixture. Basically, this creates a real barrier that keeps pests on the outside of your home, and your family securely nestled within. This network sets up a virtual barrier that keeps unwanted guests out – and strikes them where they’re the most vulnerable.
The result? Taexx is an effective service because pest control materials hit bugs where they live, hide, and breed – inside the walls. Materials remain effective longer because they’re not exposed to sunlight. Love it? We do, too!
Valet Trash
Every Watervue apartment home enjoys comprehensive, door to door trash pickup five nights a week, every week, like clockwork. Just set your trash can outside your door by 8pm and bring it back inside before 9am each morning. Five days a week? Yep.
Monitored Intrusion Alarm System
Network Multifamily Security installed a state-of-the-art intrusion alarm system in every apartment home at Watervue. This system uses wireless technology to transmit data through cellular phone lines. Why is this important? Simple. You get to have a fully monitored intrusion alarm system without having to set-up (or pay for) a land line phone system. Also, the intrusion alarm system (with panic button) and 24-hour per day, seven day per week, 365 day per year monitoring is your option. And it’s free.
Modern Appliances
Whirlpool Appliances provided some of their best quality and most attractive appliances for our Watervue homes. Every apartment includes a black glass electric range/oven combination, a stainless refrigerator, a black glass microwave/vent hood combination, a heavy-duty disposer and a black dishwasher. All from Whirlpool (one of the best quality manufacturers in the business).
