The Watervue Resident Center is a separate building (not a part of the leasing or marketing area). Why? Because this building and everything inside belongs to you! We didn’t create it to look at; We created this building to be used!

The Watervue Resident Center is located in the heart of our community and its a great place to relax, play, workout, study, compute and meet with your friends. The building includes our indoor basketball gymnasium, the fully-equipped Fitness Center and relaxation, gaming, billiards, X-Box gaming and ping-pong areas. We have a fantastic (and free) coffee bar with a great variety of selections, a super-cool DVD rental machine with all of the latest movies and high-definition, flat panels televisions on almost every wall. Wireless internet? Of course! The wireless is lightning fast too because of our fiber-optic connections. we even have a huge outdoor grilling kitchen and covered outdoor dining room.
