As a Watervue resident, we’ll give you your very own personal key fob. This fob is used to open the vehicular gates at each entrance as well as the doors to the Resident Center. Each Watervue key fob has four buttons. You will use the largest button to enter the Resident Center. You can enter through two different doors. One entrance is on the patio next to the outdoor pool restrooms. The second “secured” entrance is on the south side of the Resident Center under the portico that connects to the leasing office. You will hold your fob up to the silver keypad next to the doors and press the largest button on your remote until the light on the light on the keypad turns green. Then you may open the doors. You use the very same button to enter the business center. Access is as easy as pushing a button…very cool!
