We chose to build a saltwater filtration system with our pool in order to reduce the amount of harsh chemicals used to keep the water clean. Saltwater is natural, it’s better for you and for the environment. When you swim in a pool filled with chlorine, you can experience adverse effects to your hair and skin. Our saltwater system will not turn beautiful blonde hair green, nor leave your healthy skin dry, itchy or slimy. It’s also cool to open your eyes under water and not get the typical chlorine burn. Once you swim in a saltwater pool, it’s hard to go back to swimming in chemicals.
