All rents are due the first day of each month and are considered late after the third day. If you have to pay it late, the fee is only $50 late fee and we also have to charge $5 for each additional late day. It’s easy to pay on-line as well as by check or money order. The rent drop box is located right outside the front door of the leasing center and can be accessed 24- hours a day.
