We try to keep any required deposits to a minimum to reduce your costs of moving. Our one bedroom homes require a security deposit of $100, two bedrooms have a deposit of $200 and three bedroom homes are $300 (see a pattern here?). Now for the good news: There is no pet deposit! That’s right: Zero, none, nada! Wow! Yes, it’s true! And, the monthly pet rent for your beloved animal is only $25, and that’s not per pet, that’s whether you have 1, 2 or 3 furry critters.
