Yes, we have a number of garages included with each apartment building (in addition to large storage closets). Some of these garages even include dedicated surface parking spaces just outside the garage door. The garages come in a variety of sizes and each one opens into the covered corridor. Watervue doesn’t offer direct access garages. Our building plans are very flexible and anyone can add a garage (based on availability). Ask your leasing professional about floor plans that include one of these convenient garages.
