Yes, the main management office number is answered 24-hours per day and a simple phone call is the best way to reach the Watervue courtesy officer. After business hours, the service will ask you to press number “3″ and your call will be immediately forwarded his personal cell phone. Don’t worry about what time it is. He doesn’t mind. Our courtesy officer is a detective with the Fort Worth Police Department and he lives on-site at Watervue. He is young, fast and smart and we are blessed to have him on our team. You’ll like him, too.
