We offer a valet trash service that picks up your trash, at your door five times per week ($12.95 a month). Everything in life should be this easy! In addition, every apartment home at Watervue gets free, 24-hour monitored intrusion alarm systems (provided by industry-leader, Network Multifamily Security). This system is considered state-of-the-art with live contact sensors on all exterior doors and windows. Each apartment also features an emergency push button in the master bedroom which will immediately contact the local police department (you don’t want to push this by mistake…very embarrassing). This system does require a one-time set-up fee of $50 (optional fee paid to the City of Fort Worth if you want a fully monitored system) to get the required alarm permit. Another cool feature is that the Network Multifamily system allows monitoring through a wireless service so you will not be required to set-up a land line phone system (how very 2011!).
